Tier 3 Support includes
advanced account and server administration tasks.
Tier 3 Support includes,
but is not limited to:

Installation of custom
software. If you need software installed, and it is not on our
above list of supported software, the installation may be
considered a level two installation. Please check with our Support
Department for verification.

On a Unix platform, a
task is Tier 3 if the installation involves editing source code or
make files or performing an interactive installation.

Advanced ASP or CGI
troubleshooting. Advanced troubleshooting is anything beyond the
scope of checking for proper file permissions and system
configuration, including examining, changing, or adding code to
your script.
