Tier 2 Support includes
basic account and server administration tasks.
Tier 2 Support includes,
but is not limited to:

Web server account
configuration including adding, changing, and removing accounts.

Web server
configuration including creating and installing secure
certificates, adding redirections, and creating subdomains.

E-mail configuration
including adding, changing, and removing accounts and setting up
forwarding, autoresponders, and mailing lists.

FTP server
configuration including adding, changing, and removing accounts as
well as anonymous FTP server configuration.
-
User management
including adding, changing, and removing accounts, using and
configuring quotas, and changing passwords.

Basic CGI
configuration including installation of additional modules. Basic
CGI configuration assumes that no code modification is necessary
and that the CGI has an automated installation program that also
performs self-configuration.

Software installation.
HitSites will install software packages that include an
installation program and that are able to self-configure.

Batch DNS additions or
changes.
-
Batch domain
registrations or modifications.

Website migration from
one host to HitSites. We will use FTP or Microsoft FrontPage to
transfer your existing site from one hosting service to HitSites.
This does not include reconfiguration of any existing CGIs or
scripts.

Restoration of files
from backup. Please contact our Support Department as a file
restoration may include additional charges.

Microsoft SQL Server
or MySQL configuration and importing or exporting of data.
Please note: The
majority of these functions can be managed via your H-Sphere
Interface.
In lieu of HitSites
performing these paid tasks, we can also furnish you with
documentation detailing the required steps to complete any of the
above tasks (excluding CGI or software installations).
