IMPORTANT NOTE: The mail servers are set to POP
before SMTP as a security measure to prevent SPAM. This means that
you MUST check your incoming mail before you will be allowed to
send mail. If you set Outlook to check your mail regularly, your
outgoing mail may sit in your outbox until the incoming mail is
checked again. If you only check mail when you dial in, you will
need to force a send/receive before your outgoing mail can be
sent.
