- What is the difference between
UNIX and Windows accounts?
Unix provides secure and reliable environment perfect for
most of the hosting needs, but sometimes you want to take
advantage of some Windows applications such as MS Access or ASP
scripting. For that you might want to use NT.

- What happens if I exceed my disk
space or transfer limit?
Additional disk space and/or transfer (bandwidth) used
during a billing period will be automatically billed at the rate
shown with your hosting plan. You have the option to
purchase additional disk space and/or bandwidth for any given
billing period at a rate lower than would be charged for the
excess. All information relating to use of disk space,
bandwidth, and purchasing additional units is available through
your control panel interface.

- How do I move from a Windows 2000
to a UNIX account (or vice versa)?
First, you will need to sign up for the account you wish to
change to. Once you have all of your access information
(FTP, FrontPage setup, etc.) you will need to physically move your
content from one account to the other (and literally from one
server to the other) using FTP or another tool. Once all
data is moved, your email addresses have be re-established, and
you're sure the site is working properly, you may cancel your old
account throught the control panel.

to be displayed on any websites hosted on our servers, and we do
