Below you will find a comprehensive listing of the features and functionality of H-Sphere.

Account Info

• Quick Access - This is where you find yourself upon login to the system.   Displayed here is a chart showing your current bandwidth and disk space usage, basic account information and links to most of your most used control panel functions.

• Account Preference - This link displays a chart that allows you to view and edit information such as your hosting plan, FTP password, disk and traffic quotas, and make changes to your domain name.  You can also turn your ToolTips on and off from this screen.

• Contact Info - Update your address, phone number and email information from this screen.

• User Password - Change your control panel access password.

• Choose Account - Displays all of your available accounts and allows you to see details and make modifications.

• Add Account - Allows you to add another hosting account.  Important: This menu item is used only to add new account to the current user, not for creating new users.

Support Center

• Make a Ticket - This is the interface through which you submit support requests, questions, etc. to HitSites.

• Trouble Tickets - Here you can view all of your previously submitted trouble tickets along with the responses from our support staff.

FTP/User Account

• FTP User - Displays general FTP related account information, allows you to change your password, and displays links that grant you access to our online file upload utility and our permissions management interface (this allows you to establish password protected directories).

• FTP - Allows you to turn FTP access on or off.

Domain Settings

• Domain Info - View domain information, add sub-domains and domain aliases, make changes to DNS and mail settings, and switch IP types (dedicated/shared).

• Add New Domain - Allows you to register a new domain, transfer a domain from another registrar, create a third level domain (thirdlevel.hitsites.net), or create a stopgap domain.

• Traceroute - Run a traceroute from the host server to any IP or domain name.

• Submit URL's - Submit any domain within your account to 12 search engines directly from the control panel. The 12 search engines are:
