Tier 1 support is offered free for the life of your account via our online trouble ticket system.
Toll-Free Tier 1 support is offered during regular support hours (M-F 9am to
6pm, Sat 9am to 5pm, and Sun 12pm to 5pm CST) for the first thirty (30) days
after your account is activated. After the free support period, Tier 1 support via telephone
is billed at $1 per minute with a 15 minute minimum.
HitSites provides advanced technical support above and beyond the support that comes free with all of our Web hosting accounts. Advanced support issues are segmented into three levels based on the difficulty of the task:

Surcharge Details:

Extended Rate: Any
support request that requires attention after 9pm and before 9am
CST.

Holiday Surcharge: Any
support request that requires attention during a holiday period.
Included holidays are: New Years, Easter, Independence Day (July 4),
Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving (including the day before and
after), and Christmas (including the day before and after).

Emergency Surcharge: Any
support request that requires the immediate attention (within 2
hours of submission) of a technician.
